Hope & Community, Inc. is comprised of dedicated professionals committed to breaking the cycle of addiction and effectively combating the alarming rate with which addictive disease is impacting our Vermont communities. We hope to address these urgent issues using innovative and collaborative strategies in the education and prevention of addiction.
Our programs seek to involve all members of our community including schools, law enforcement, parents, community leaders, and citizens. It is only through the involvement of the community that those struggling with addiction can maintain life-long recovery, rebuild relationships and establish strong identities.
